All you need to know about our little slice of paradise

Luxurious Negril beach front apartment in gated community with 24 Hour security in Jamaica.  Pool and two private beach included with tennis court.  Containes 2 beds and can sleep up to 4 persons.

Our House Rules

  1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed outside the building in designated smoking areas.

  2. No pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed inside the apartment. If you need a pet-friendly accommodation, please look for another listing.

  3. Quiet hours: Please respect the other residents in the building and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-8am.

  4. No parties or events: The apartment is located in a residential building, so please do not host any parties or events that could disturb the neighbors.

  5. No additional guests: The reservation is only for the number of guests specified in the booking. Any additional guests must be approved by the host in advance.  You stay can be more comfortable if you alert us to additional guests. 

  6. Free spacious parking lot right in front of the building. Apartments in Point Village provide a relaxed life style for the owner 

  7. Please keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay. A cleaning fee is charged for each booking, but excessive mess and dirtiness may result in additional cleaning fees.  Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

  8. Please dispose of all trash in the designated garbage bins located in the apartment and the receptacles outside the building.

  9. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. This includes cleaning up after yourself, returning furniture to its original position, and putting away any dishes or kitchenware.

  10. Please follow the check-out instructions provided by the host. This includes returning keys to the designated location and locking all doors and windows.

  11. Report any issues: If there are any issues or problems during your stay, please contact the host immediately so they can be addressed as soon as possible.

  13. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door. 

  14. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

  15. Guards are located at the entrances to the 14 acre property.
